Fuzon composes music for White Cloud's Bollywood film 'Mumbai Cutting'

Famous for their songs 'Tere Bina' from Hyderabad Blues 2, Fuzon, the Pakistani rock band are in the city. The three-member band has been composing music for White Cloud's film Mumbai Cutting and has also completed shooting the music video. Vocalist Rameez Mukhtar, keyboard player Imran Momina and guitarist Shallum Xavier, have been working together for a year now, ever since Shafquat Amanat Ali (lead singer) left the band.

When contacted, Imran says, "We have finished composing the music for Mumbai Cutting and are also finishing the video of the song. Since we have been regularly visiting India, we feel at home here. After Shafquat Amanat Ali left our group, we now have a new vocalist Rameez Mukhtar. Insha Allah there will be a good quantity of songs henceforth." About the song for Mumbai Cutting, Imran says, "We had done songs like 'Maro Saiya' and 'Tere Bina' in the past, which were used by Nagesh Kukunoor in Hyderabad Blues 2. This time we have composed a ballet for Mumbai Cutting. There are different emotions like sadness, separation and also love in the same track."

Meanwhile, Rameez says "It's been a year since I joined the band as the lead singer. We have been listening to Indian music since childhood and I have been in the music industry for 20 years now. We make music that is liked by both Indians and Pakistanis."
